Who we are

instantpte (instantpte.com) is a practice platform for the PTE Academic exam. For any privacy question or request, contact us at humanbot911@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider), or your Google account email if you sign in with Google, plus the optional display name and country you set.
• Practice activity: your answers, scores, timings, streaks, and progress statistics.
• Voice recordings: when you practice speaking tasks, your recording is uploaded to score it. Recordings are stored privately in your own folder and are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Payment records: if you buy a Premium pass we keep the plan, amount, currency, status, and a gateway transaction reference. We never see or store your card number, wallet password, or PIN — payment happens on eSewa, Khalti, or Stripe.

How we use it

• To score your answers and show you results, history, and progress.
• To operate streaks, the daily challenge, and mock tests.
• To activate Premium after a verified payment.
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your recordings or answers to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Google — only if you choose Sign in with Google.
• eSewa, Khalti, Stripe — payment processing, only when you pay.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

• Voice recordings: deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Account, activity, and payment records: kept while your account exists.
• To delete your account and its data, email us at humanbot911@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
